Snapfish offers one feature that few people are aware of: the possibility to make changes and access the web site with the use of a mobile phone that is connected to the Internet. For instance, you can change your photo preferences by using the web site and your mobile phone. Making modifications with the cell phone is very easy and is achievable by simply accessing the preferences section of Spanfish Photos. Every single feature offered by this service can be modified, including default view, frequency of updates for mobile pictures and myPic of the day. You can also modify alerts and a whole lot more.

One of the features that are usually accessed via mobile phones is linked with the possibility of changing items in your personal account info. All you need to do to do this is to go to the Snapfish Photos main menu and select option 5, which is Preferences. Next you will be able to view a new menu, this time of preferences and option 5 is labeled with “Account Info”. If you access it you can view a menu that contains your personal info: first name, last name, mobile phone number, password, ship address 1, ship address 2, city, state and Zip, all labeled with numbers from 1 to 9. In order to change any option here all you need to do is select the appropriate number and follow the prompts that will appear on the following screens.

If you want to change the preferences for the default view you will need to go to Preferences again in the main menu. Option 1 is “Default view”. You can then choose to see photos as thumbnails or a list or you can enable auto-crop and auto-rotate features. Also, you may want to change the preferences for your mobile pics. To do so go to Preferences again and choose number 2, “Mobile Picks”. You can then choose the frequency of updates done to your pictures on a daily, weekly or upon change basis. If you go to number 3 in the Preferences menu you will be able to change the preferences for your “myPic of the day” feature. You can disable it, set prompts, autosave the pictures and set the frequency at which the modifications will be made. If you select number 4 in the Preferences menu you will also be able to turn on and off the Alerts you have. Using your mobile phone to make changes in the Snapfish account is a possibility that should be considered as it does come with ease and can be done very fast.
